Never wore glasses until 3 years ago and already need a new prescription.
Have had a bad back for 25 years but the frequency and intensity when back goes out is way worse than it was a few years ago.
Winter comes and every joint aches.
I find myself saying the same thing twice to anyone I'm talking to. Not because I don't think they heard me, but I just don't realise that I'd just said it at the time.
The news is my favourite TV programming.

The ever-present horror of impending old age. Still though, I have middle to enjoy before then (When does that start? 45?) and the last of my youthful late 30s.
