I worked in the Bord Gais call centre for a while and everytime a customer didn't get the outcome they wanted they'd hang up saying "I'm going to Joe Duffy about this"

Once some patronising D4 bitch threatened to get onto Joe Duffy when I told her it would take about 3 days to get a plumber out to fix her boiler so I said "I didn't know Joe Duffy was a gas fitter as well". She went bananas and demanded to speak to my superviser.

I got a stage one corrective action for that one .|..|

Does anyone know how to set this to ON?

This happened to us before when we ran out of credit, I can't remember how to turn the supply back on
