No, that's Season 1.

His hair looks kinda poxy in Season 2 cuz Coogan insisted on growing his own hair.
Season 2 is overall more patchy, but had a few brilliant new additions (Kevin Eldon as the suicide case, that blondy lad as the annoying trying-to-be-cool Neighbourhood Watch guy)

Both well worth a watch though.
i love Tommy Saxondale as a character
