Saving/ripping an online video from Realplayer/Quick Time/Windows Media Player (1 Viewer)

I'm trying to save/rip some archival footage that is only available to stream online in Realplayer/Quick Time/Windows Media Player so I can use it in a presentation. There is no internet connection where I'll be giving the talk so I was wondering does anyone know how I could save the footage? Thanks in advance.

Use the URL Sniffer tab on it, it'll extract a list of the downloadable video on a given site url.
