Good size room in shared, well equipped, broadband-friendly house within 30 mins walk of City Centre. Preferably with clean, out going people.

Hi I have a smallish room available in a largish 2 bed house from the end of Oct.

Sharing with myself and one friendly cat, good news is its dead cheap..E380 a month plus a deposit of the same.

Situated just off Cork St in a secluded square, only ten mins from city centre by bus or bike, or about twenty walking. Prices in this neighborhood are generally about E450 upwards.

Dont have broadband but would be willing to spilt the cost.

All mod cons, but no microwave, polished wooden floors in living room, small back garden, full gas fired central heating, double glazing throughout. A good sized flat for two people. Musicians welcome but smokers not.
