Least you'll know what to get her for her birthday.....

Road-good
Freebird-good(the secret one is the better of the two I reckon)
Tower-good
Spin Dizzy-good(used)
City Discs-ok
Sentinel-ok
Horror Business-ok

Taste should be taken into consideration though and I've probably forgotten someone.

You're fucking obsessed with lists.

In the basement of the rockabilly shop at the back of the Foggy Dew. Reasonably new shop that sells hardcore/punk. It would be better if the turnover of stock was quicker.

Neil Hannon was great, very entertaining, especially in Road where played standing on the counter

Yeah - never thought I'd say this, but Neil Hannon was the highlight of my day. Deadly buzz all round, picked up the Road compilation and This LP Crashes Hard Drives, plus a couple of Record Store Day-unrelated things. If Dublin was like this more often, I might move back.

got the tom waits, sonic youth & beck, sonic youth & jay reatard, deerhunter, magnolia electric co., and the road thingy. a good day's swag so!

Can any mutha point me towards somewhere I can hear the beck/sonic toof tunes? Couldn't make it in eardlier.

Great day and a great vibe around town, saw so many people with Tower bags walking the streets which is cool but I hope the other shops got a taste too.
Who was the special guest on at 5pm in Tower?
Also, did anybody get the Pavement live lp?
I was in town early doors and couldn't find it anywhere.
It's up on ebay now for $50, grrr.
