From what I remember...
A couple who are having some problems go on a weekend break. Spending more time together makes the problems worse and they take out their frustration on nature.
Nature gets pissed off and fights back.

It's WAY better than it sounds.

Unemployment is giving me the horrors.
Can't recommend them though.

YEah that Oz film is great...

Mostly Brit stuff mentioned (as u like Hammer) - there's so cool AIP stuff especially the Vincient Price/Poe films.

Pit and the Pendulum
The Haunted Palace
Teh Tomb of Ligeia
Fall of the House of Usher
(theres loads more)

Also Dr Phibes and Theatre of Blood

Bucket of Blood
Scream and Scream again

Not an old brit horror, but The Addiction is quiet a scary film.

The 2003 remake of Toolbox is great though.

No way the original Toolbox Murders is great - those Cameron Mitchell rants are priceless.....

Yeah some good shots of Dublin in the 60's in Dementia 13.

Anyone seen Iguana with a tongue of fire - an Italian Giallo set in Dublin LOL.

Has anyone seen any Jean Rollin films?

Yeah i like the stuff I saw. Weird, dreamy and Surreal - Requiem for a Vampire is my Fave. Liked Fascination too..

LOL@Baby - i love that flick.

I spent months after it saying to ppl 'BABY DON'T WALK....BABY DON'T TALK..'

Yeah the NANNY is excellent- cool to have some one like that has a relative..
