Early 80s Michael Rother album called Fernwärme. Pretty similar to his mid to late 70s output. Maybe slightly weaker but similar enough nonetheless. Jaki Liebezeit on drums once again.

It's pretty good a mix of old footage and present day interviews. I finally found the remote for the dvd so I can watch the extra stuff which is rough old concert footage interview out takes and a flyer/poster gallery. Lungfish, Rocket From The Crypt, Drive Like Jehu, The Locust etc. It gets to emo for me at the end but its good the main part is on youtube somewhere but not in full quality.
Lungfish?

I take back that slightly weaker comment. That was after 1 spin. 3 or 4 later, this is the business. As good as flammende herzen and sterntaler.

picked up Air's Virgin Suicide score today secondhand. I didn't appreciate how great this was when I spun it occasionally years ago. Brilliant stuff.

There Will Be Blood OST
Micachu And The Shapes & London Sinfonietta - Chopped And Screwed
...Trail Of Dead - The Secret Of Elena's Tomb EP
Stereolab - Peng!
Pauline Anna Strom - Trans Mellenia Music

was holding off on getting that PA Strom comp, too expensive. got a copy on sale. great album but the pressing is actually so fucking noisy. Never complain about pressings but in this instance it impacts on the listen massively, especially considering the tunes. Disappointing. According to discogs it's a common fault with it
