Regulator Watts - Aesthetics of No Drag LP. I know it’s been reissued but been waiting twenty years to chance upon a Slowdime original of this. It’s a great album.

Bodega - Endless Scroll LP

The Zoomers - Exist LP

Low - Double Negative LP

Kate Bush - Hounds of Love remaster LP

Way beyond the Rubicon
Josie Cotton - Convertible Music / From the Hip

some shitty early 2000's badly made two albums on one cd that seems to be the only place you can get the first album since Spotify has a vendetta against me listening to anyone who appeared on the Valley Girl soundtrack.

Just did a bit of an investigation on them. No idea how long they've been about. Didn't even know they existed till you mentioned em. Thanks. Song titles are gas.

various things i got over last few months :

THE SWANKYS - This Is My Lifestyle 7" EP (2018 boot)
Japanese punk classic from mid 80's which was somehow never booted or reissued before.

GLOBSTERS - Express Everything LP (SPHC)
my favourite LP of 2018. hailing from Hazard, Kentucky Adam decides to stay in the Appalachians (sic) rather than sell out move to the city. really raw noisy hardcore done by real freaks. love the photos of Adam cross dressing too. starts off with sample of an amazing wrestling promo by Terry Funk* and kicks on from there. only downside : only 8 songs...

* search: 'Terry Funk double tough' or 'Terry Funk Being Fucking Awesome.' you won't regret it.

SISTEMATIZAR ODIO - Puto Odio tape
Peruvian noise grind demo recorded in 1991 and partly at a reunion in Paris (what???) in 2017,
one of the best things i've ever heard in the genre by unknown band (debut release apparently)
sounds similar to CRIPPLE BASTARDS godlike crazy early demos from same period.
what a stellar surprise - one three best things i bought this year.

FRANCOIS BAYLE - Electrucs ! LP (Transversales) + 2 other CD's by Bayle.
Electrucs! is mostly recorded 73/74. great unreleased short electronic pieces recorded at Groupe de Recherches Musicales. Bayle was head of GRM from 1966 - 1997.

FIEND - Lonely Boys 7"
Galway HC punk with loads of affects and distortion. also got the OVERBITE 7" and tape which is three of the same people as FIEND. both are really good.
OVERBITE are more noise punk e.g. LEBENDEN TOTEN etc. sounding to me.

FLEX! DISCOGRAPHY OF JAPANESE PUNK, HARDCORE, MOD, NO WAVE 1975-1986
by Burkhard Jarisch.
title speaks for itself really. very comprehensive - includes bootlegs and tapes. mind numbing scholarship here. came out in September. discography books like this become very expensive if they go out of print...
