in terms of film scanning, beware of neopan processed in gunns - they use rodinal developer, which gives very contrasty results with neopan film, and my scanner sometimes can't cope with the contrast.

Ive found in general most bw film irregardless of type Ive left into gunnes comes back a little overdeveloped. the fact they use rodinal explains it somewhat, its a pretty 'hard' developer.

Just got a roll of SFX200 back and it looks disastrous.

I'm gonna take this back. Negs looked way better when scanned and just make a proper darkroom print of this one and it looks completely kick-ass (much better than this scan with the botched Photoshop levels adjustment job ). This picture is inspired by/an obvious rip-off of Goff's picture of the same thing from earlier in the thread ....
