Shit this is getting weird. Feelbarcelona.com seems like a legit site and all, but when a mate of mine sent his credit card details via e-mail (never a good idea) someone was buying some shit with his credit card off some electronics site on the web. And the Feelbarcelona dude says he never got the credit card details. Is it possible to hijack e-mails like that?

what's the beach at barceloneta like? full of grime?

Not at all, it's very usable, and very busy in the summer months. It's only downer is, when it gets very hot, the jellyfish start swimming about, lots of em. But at the start of June you won't have that problem, and I recommend that you do go for a dip - there's a nudist area down the end too (to the right as you face the sea).

Depends on what you make of it!

You see where the black dotted line crosses the beach? Anywhere to the left of that on this map is getting into nudist territory, the farther down you go the better (or worse) it gets.

You're in a nice part of Barceloneta (due to your proximity to the sea), it can get kind of claustrophobic in there, too many narrow streets of concrete ugliness.

You see where "19" is on your map? There's a good Irish pub (a proper one, that doesn't try too hard) there for the breakfast, called The Fastnet.
