There's the lineup as it stands, http://www.oxegen.ie/lineup.php Orbital, Massive Attack and The Chemical Brothers all on at roughly the same time, hmmmm. The second day looks very weak except for the wu-tang clan.

I think Halite is good in a latter-day Promise Ring kind of way. And GiveAManAKick do decent instrumentals (like Checka).

I'd say smoking wouldn't be a problem, obviously not at the outdoor stages, and probably not in the tents, the dance barn might be an issue
