Right-click on your Taskbar and go to toolbars->new toolbar

Type "http://209.204.240.222/bbs/ticker3.php3" (without the quotes) in the location box

Click OK

Right click the thumped.com title and switch off "show title"

scale it to fit on your taskbar.

Only works on windoze blah - won't work if Active Desktop is on

ohh and it refreshes every three minutes

and you can switch it on and off by clicking on the V icon

just drag the taskbar around and it'll appear

make sure you've not locked it in place of course
