i wouldn't worry too much if i was the UK, the US aren't known for their timely and accurate terrorist responses.

arrrgh! what threats? brazilians on the underground and random muslims? it might be a good thing to save the british government from embarrassing itself with more farcical allegations of terror plots that end in nothing.
surely taking the chance of going without US information is a lot less risky than openly collaborating with america in covering up torture?
