How do you impose a fair usage policy on a 100mb connection?

"If you exceed a yottabyte in a single month you will receive a written warning."

my connection was dropping for a minute or two every half hour or hour for a couple of weeks. i was on to them, they couldn't find anything wrong (or so they claimed) but it's been fine since.

I was having trouble with the connection dropping out all the time too, its seemed to happen mainly in the morning for some reason. I rang them and they talked me through some changes on the router and its been fine ever since. this was months ago.
