This was loads of fun. Missed almost all of the live music, but I had a really great time regardless. Thanks to Tom, Cara and everyone else for organising this (and for letting me DJ).

Paul

great fucking night, danced like a spastic ferret, got kicked in the head and drank out of a milk jug all night.
Hats off to tom. and co for organising, and comiserations to whoever had to clean up afterwrds...
oh and nice one on playing 'jump arround' photon, for three minutes and thirty seconds it was like I was fourteen and causing hassle at the gaa club disco again!

Heyho!

Bad news, a handbag went missing containing a mobile phone some money and some other personal items. It was Linda's bag and I believe it was Navy. If anyone has it could they let me, Tom or Cara know.

Thanks again to Tom, Cara and everyone else. It sure was fun.

deadly buzz and i didn't even do anything bold. oak were great as always and herv was fuckin class.

hey hey peeps.

a few different things to say.

happy new year and all that.

lost 'n found:
  • lost: a dark blue handbag (mentioned earlier). if anyone might have taken this or knows where it is, please please please pm me or ring me or cara or someone else who can contact us. we don't care about the bag itself, but getting the phone and a.t.m. card back would be great. they're useless to anyone apart from their owner, so if anyone has them, or if they turn up, please let us know.
  • found: a black sleeveless top with a patch on the back saying 'work'. it has a phone in the pocket. (we tried ringing your ma to find out who you were but your phone had no credit).
  • found: a black hoodie.
  • found: a rather fetching red hat.
  • found: a couple of scarves.

thank-yous:

thanks a million to cara and graham for the lend of their house.

thanks to everybody who came and made the party happen. it was great fun and i had a blast.

thanks especially to oak, herv and the spook of the 13th lock for playing live, and to jack, paul watts, willy, natalia, the mystery girl and others for spinning choons.

thanks to the following people, without whom there would have been no music and no party:

to cob from rollers/sparkers for providing an oak-capable bass amp at the 11th hour. to declan for lending us the p.a. for djing. to allen for lending us the live p.a. and mixing desk. to paul watts for lending us the dj mixer and wires and bits'n'bobs. to phil for lending us the snare drum. to sean for chauffeuring willy's drums around for the evening. and to various different people for carrying gear around.

thanks to anyone who i might have forgotten in that list...

also... there was a girl who turned up with a bag of 7"s, played a really great set, and then disappeared, and nobody seems to know who she was. there's a couple of records still in the house that we think might be hers, so if anyone knows who she is could they let us know? thankz.

here,

one of those scarves may belong to cookiemonster's gf

i got a text after they left about it

couldn't find it at the time.
