B&H is awesome, bought my current lens in there a month or so ago, not especially friendly, but extemely knowledgeable and very helpful. Second hand department on the other hand are cunts.

They are not really friendly, and they are not eager to sell. They dont give a fuck about offending people. But, if they do sell you something, they will either tell you straight out its shite, or it will be a good thing.
Its amazing to be told the truth in a Manhattan store. The actual true truth.
