Recently had displeasure of seeing them in galway supporting lemonheads - they've turned into some kind of lame Black Rebel Marychain club and seem like an enormous bunch of dickheads.

Galway wasnt great i admit. JC was stoned.
I think its a change in direction (again), due to Don and Alvin leaving. Theyve grown up a bit, and ditched the black/red and Joes a bit calmer these days.

But when youve got a drummer like the Captain it certainly sounds better than BRMChains but i can see the similarities. Dublin gig was better by a mile.
