That was a great game and passed my day off perfectly!! Kaka looked sharp as did Zidan and a lot of the Egyptians especially seeing as how they lost 3-1 to Zimbabwe a few weeks ago. Robinhio was an absolute can of piss.

It looks like Egypt have launched an official protest at the awarding of a penalty. They're not disputing the fact that it was a handball but the fact that Howard Webb (and the linesman) clearly awarded a corner then changed his mind once the 4th official saw a reply and told him it was a handball. Use of video replays is illegal in FIFAs games so they have a good point especially as Webb pointed to his ear piece after an Egyptian questioned his decission.

Now to get a look at the Italians, hopefully the Americans kick lumps out of them !

Another decent match. The US were a bit unlucky but Italy's quality showed in the end, none more so than Pirlo's turn before he set up the third. I'm never a huge fan of Italian teams but that was abilità magnifica.
