toasted cheese on open crusty bread with sun dried tomatoes, wholegrain mustard and black pepper = sex. maybe a little bit of pesto too.

one thing i hate is when you ask for 'a little bit of mustard' in a deli and they layer on the french stuff like its mayonnaise. result is eye watering/nose running mustard o.d.

I like the mustard, but I prefer the Colemans stuff or wasabe over the dijon stuff which is just not hot really. I want that burning sensation in my mouth. Here's a tip if you want to heat in your mouth/nose with something like a toasted cheese sandwich: put the mustard on the OUTSIDE of the sandwich so that it hits the roof of your mouth.
