Tottenham have begun talks with Valencia over £16m-rated striker David Villa, who they see as a perfect replacement for Dimitar Berbatov. Spurs also want to sign Sevilla winger Diego Capel. (Daily Mail)

I'd be shocked if he goes for £16m. Almost every top side in Europe will be taking a look at him this summer, I think there'll be a major bidding war for him.
