My friend's wife - who I adore - has just gotten this awesome promotion where she's going to be covering NY Arts institutions. MoMA, Met. All that gear. She's a journo. Has been covering coprorate law up til now and it was killing her a bit.
I'm just all psyched as hell for her.

Finally put my own album into my own itunes library, so I gave it a listen. Relieved to say that it is still better than anything I've heard in ages. More determined to play this live than ever now. WHO CAN PLAY DRUMS?

Even though I'll be in work until at least 8 or so, making this a 13 hour day, I did get cheered up by ditching my spreadsheet for a few minutes to read a ranked list of the best Mr.Darcys (Colin Firth naturally). Its pathetic how much it cheered me up.
