Cheers, I'm still a bit tubby but unless my metabolism slows to fuck or I pick up an injury I'm pretty sure I'll get to where I want to get to. I just cut down (not out, my main meals are still pretty terrible, but substantial enough to mean I don't snack much) if I ate properly I'd probably have that weird pelvis thing by now.

Also my dog gets at least one three mile walk a day, and I cycle for an hour 4 nights a week.

I went shopping with my twin brother at the weekend. He was annoyed that the new jeans he had bought were too big..at w34 so he was getting another ..w size 32 (!)
