Ask your local butcher to make you up some. We used to get the lad down in Wicklow to make herbed sausages. Admittedly we did usually get 3/4 kilos as the neighbours/family would take some but its worth asking.

I was vegetarian for years until one day in NYC when I smelled hot dogs from one of those vendors on the street.
I ate one (despite how gross the idea of it was) and never looked back.
