Do you still have this? What does it look like?

Yup, hopefully I can resist buying a luminous green Liars tee tomorrow myself.

Depressingly run o' the mill Fruit of the Loom-athon with nice silvery EN logo ruined by the massive, may-as-well-be-Linkin-Park mediocrity of it all

... oh yeah, with tour dates on the back! Hahahaha!

Oh I have that one myself. Yeah it's crap.

gig of the year for me

I'd not hear Party Weirdo before - they were amazing

Melt Banana - there are no words

also just from this, was deadly. gig of the summer. no one else i was with seemed to think so though:(

thought party weirdo would've been deadly if they hadn't sung. that kind of ruined them for me.

downstairs back at the start. moved up to the balcony after first few songs. no, most people seemed to enjoy it just not the ones that came with me. they thought it was interesting

Tonight I feel yet another over-enthusiastically drunk and misguided unwearable-in-the-cold-light-of-day concert t-shirt purchase coming on...

Past members include:

Alien Sex Fiend - too big
Menfolk - has "menfolk" wriiten on the front, "who the fuck are menfolk?"
Cardiacs - too big, looks like a bootleg Nirvana tee only worse
Einsturzende Neubauten - too big, looks like a bootleg Nirvana tee only slightly better
Van Der Graaf Generator - too small (and I even KNEW THIS AT THE TIME)
Afrirampo - too big, yellow (hellooo!? only yellow thing I've owned everrr)
Boredoms - too small, bright TURQUOISE!! (see above)
Not quite concert t-shirt - bought from FM Westmoreland St when I was 12 or so had "Mess with the best , like the rest!" ("Die" was missing)

What size is the turquoise boredoms one? I reckon I'd buy it off ya.

both of these gigs were:

liars were excellent. angus' dancing was phenomenal. seemed like there was fuck all people there. probably to do with the size of the venue.

I thought before they came on that there would be hardly anyone there but it seemed to fill up ok as stage time approached.

I never realised the stage was so low there.

telepathe - sister militia (tyler/!!! remix)

Liars were great, as were the Melt... What a weekend having two sweet bands in a delicious music sandwich (a banana melt maybe??)

Liars were NEARLY as good as Whelans in 2005, but that night Angus was dressed like an Undertaker (not THE Undertaker though) and looked like Charles Manson, making crucifix motions throughout. Although I was drooling on the still-legal mushies that night so any evil/otherworldly powers I associate with Angus may have been the shrooms looking back?!
