We have a room available in a shared house in Sandymount on Londonbridge Rd, very near to Landsdowne Road. The rent is €375 per month, all mod cons, washing machine, digital tv, good broadband, etc, private garden, 25 minute walk into town, 5 minutes to sandymount or to the Dart Station. The room is medium to large sized with a sink and is available from the 1st of March or earlier. You'd be sharing with three other male professionals/musicians so there are a lot of guitars, instruments and misc. music gear in the house if thats of any interest.
