If you are a band, act or looking for a place to give music tuition in a private, well managed and maintained space then this may be the place for you.
This is a shared facility where you are allocated a regular weekly slot and pay a monthly fee.
Currently there are a number of bands in the room who each have their regular weekly times. All the existing bands get on very well and any new residents must fit in, with respect for the facilities and other musicians’ equipment of the utmost importance.
The Facilities
36 square meters of space with 3.5m high ceiling
PA, 3 x mics and 3 x mic stands provided
Secure and in a quiet and safe area
Located off Nth Strand Road, 5 min drive/20min walk from Connolly Station
Fitted out to a high standard
Storage facility
Great acoustics
Well managed and maintained
In house bicycle parking / on street car parking
Easy load in, load out of music gear
Toilet facilities
Provide your own backline inc drum kit of which there is space for it to be permanently set up.
€200/Month which gives you one week day evening slot, (5-10pm) and as many as you like other slots at no extra cost. For reference it’s not used during daytime hours.
