We are looking to bring in a 'light on gear' person to share a rehearsal space near Cabra, that would suit an acoustic/electronic musician or act (ie no drum kit), producer, film editor, creative etc.
The space would include a larger live room and a private control room, working out of either is fine.
Currently 2 bands share the live room, no drum kit in room so plenty of floor space remains. The control room contains computer desk ideal for production, and some storage.
We're very open to what purpose anyone interested wants to use the room for and rate can be confirmed depending on use and how many days/nights it is required. Rent could be as low as €70 per month, get in touch and we can go from there...
