A//Political Cassette €3.50
A//Political was an anarcho-punk band from Baltimore M.D. During the mid to late 90's. Their style is similar to that of "Peace Punk" bands from the early 1980s and was heavily influenced by anarcho-punk bands like Crass and Conflict. Members were involved in the Crasshole Collective and the Anarcho-Punk Federation (A.P.F.).
Think Crass, Conflict, Anti-Product
Side A contains the 14 tracks which originally appeared on the "Planting the Seeds of Revolution" cassette released in 1998 as well as one bonus track

M:40/Sand creek massacre split 7" EP (Headnoise Records)
written by Krogh [Blindead Mailorder,]

M:40 have a few releases behind them by now, and on the three tracks on this split they continute to develop their hardcore/crust sound. It's fast and aggressive, but they aren't afraid to lower the tempo and perform some crushing tones and powerful rhythms as well. Faster and slower crustcore in a well executed blend. M:40 convinces more and more for each release.
Sand Creek Massacre are more dark in their approach and falls under the category of "modern crustcore". Not at all as aggressive and explosive as M:40, but still solid stuff.

I got those tapes which contains there first release "Planting the Seeds of Revolution" aswell as a bonus song and some live tracks!!! I think I have two left now. I know they have the discog coming out as a vinyl and book but havent heard anything for a while now about it!!

DOWN TO AGONY "Requiem Por Un Mundo Enfermo" 7"
"The brand new 4 songs 7" from the Spanish powerful & crushing Neo-Crust hardcore-punk band who recorded after the first LP "No-Vida". This band is a sound that mixed His Hero Is Gone, Tragedy and Fear Is The Path To The Darkside but they've their own "darkness". And, the vocalist who does scream in tragic voice expresses misery and death of ourselves invented by this sick world. But in their words, there's a conviction to the reality of our own desires to the last. That is, this one is a just "Requiem por un mundo enfermo (Requiem for a sick world)" as told by the record's title. But we felt that our and their standpoint and purpose were the same, so we decided to participate in this co-release. because they have said like thisー"we still live, we still burn, we still love". Great artwork." (Accalim)

EASPA MEASA / NEMETONA split 7"
"EASPA MEASA from Dublin, Ireland are super female / male vocaled political hardcore 5 piece, and they play amazing crusty melodic hardcore fury. If their sounds are described, it is a sound like Disaffect meets Submission Hold based on Tragedy! (but this is a comparison not significant at all. It will be understood if you touch this band). The 2 songs of this split 7" is re-recording of "Dead Inside" & "Maggots and Worms" from their "Renounce & Dethrone" demo, and these are faster and louder than the demo. their unrelenting lyrics are in English and speak about the police that increase control, our struggle in this world based on greed, violence and power. With Japanese translations of their lyrics of course. NEMETONA is a Japanese female fronted raging crustcore attack. Female vocalist named the "Ascum"-- her insane powerful shout is a charm of this band. Their 3 songs are first recording after the bassist joins, and it becomes a new line up. Moreover, it is a first real recording as for the band." (Accalim)

l_c0f175cbfd614a318cf7ad8e312e888b.jpg

"Drongos For Europe were part of a trio of Birmingham punk bands to begin at the end of the 70's. The other two being GBH and Dead Wretched. GBH as I'm sure you are all aware went on to great success and legendry worldwide punk status, but the Drongos like Dead Wretched were equally great and criminally underexposed and the Drongos between 79 and 90 did a series of 7''s which are all collected on a cd called Return of the Punk Monster but they did not record an album untill they reformed back in 1999 and a couple of years later they released Barcode Generation which was a great success and a classic debut album. This is the follow up which has seen the band improve loads with their songwriting and playing together plus they have become a very busy band with tours of the USA and mainland Europe under their belts." (Punk Shit Records)

BEHIND ENEMY LINES - One Nation under the Iron Fist of God LP
Price : €10
Art190482.jpg

After two long years of silence, BEHIND ENEMY LINES has finally recorded the follow-up to their brilliant Know Your Enemy and The Global Cannibal albums. This new effort contains an equally ferocious sound of their previous efforts, with powerful Scandi-crust with a machine-gun-like punch, and of course the scaything, hyper-political lyrics that aren't afraid to name names and list address for those responsible for fucking over the world. If you do not already know BEHIND ENEMY LINES, then you are missing some of the most intense, anti-authoritiarian punk rock of our ages, made by veteran members of some of the most influencial Amarican hardcore/ punk bands fo the last decade (AUS-ROTTEN, REACT, PIST, CAUSTIC CHRIST, etc.). This is the highest quality release in all respects and a easily ranking among the best punk / hardcore/metal albums of 2007. Coloured vinyl!

Aguirre- CALVAIRE LP
Price : €10
Art190032.jpg

After an LP and a split LP with HONGO from Spain, you'd better be prepared for some new doomy and gloomy stuff here. Aguirre take up new songs and just as on their demo they reek of darkness and agony. It's so present it's half painful to listen to it, but that's also what draws me in. It's like staring down a bottomless abyss of all that is evil, sensing it, as the complete black allows you to see nothing - and liking it. They haven't changed a whole lot from their previous releases, it's still the minimalist angst with the lonely guitar tunes alternated with thundering heaviness, as with the whispering and roaring vocals - all executed in a real slow pace. It hurts, and I love the pain.

Martyrdöd -Sekt CD
Price : €8
martyrdodsekt.jpg

Two years after "In Extremis" on Havoc Records, Martyrdöd release their new Album named "Sekt". Gotenborg's Martyrdöd hits you like a freight train at full speed. They've been described as a black metal-influenced version of WOLFBRIGADE and I can't think of a more accurate comparison. It's heavy and D-beat-driven yet retains a sense of dark/cold melodies. Total destruction! Political, social and personal thought are dealt with in the lyrics.

Sistemas De Aniquilacion/Escato Split CD
kw035.jpg

SISTEMAS DE ANIQUILACION from Peru play a D-beat Crust along the lines of WOLFBRIGADE, PISSCHRIST, DOOM and WARVICTIMS!! ESCATO, Anarcho crustcore from Brazil, are alot fast heavy sounding band in the vein of SEE YOU IN HELL or VISIONS OF WAR!
