meeting up with a friend from LA in dublin on new years day. can anybody recommend good pubs/clubs that will play good music (i.e not the kooks or killers)??

Pity he didn't get in for dec 29th cos he woulda quite liked Rock Jihad in the International.

You could try Bruxelles off Grafton st...they play metally type stuff.
