I really like Henning Wehn. Though that stuff isn't his better material. He's got a great line in very clever anti-jokes. One about the Austro-Hungarian Empire and football in particular, that unfortunately doesn't translate well to text.

In fairness, most of his act is taking the piss out of that stereotype by playing up to it. The stopwatch thing is great. He is German, moved to England to do PR for a second or third division football team, and then decided to try English language comedy, never having performed in German.
