anyway it's actions I want. though i do think it's for real because there's not an election in the UK & ireland for 2 years (irish general election is due in 2007 unless it's called early)

but also notice how this only comes after SF members quit the army council. maybe the IRA wanted to give up but they were by held back from doing so by the SF leadership. maybe it was the SF leadership holding up the whole process
