In'vision Flash Mob (1 Viewer)

What is the point of this? Is it an experimental art experiment, or just a bit of fun, or an intention to cause a bit of trouble during rush hour, or what? Not having a go or anything, just a genuine question as to what these things are about. k bai.

Didn't a bunch of hipsters recently do a Death Mob - the mob to end all mobs? Maybe you didn't get the fax.

It's a positive experience involving a gallery and your music for anyone who's free at the time or interested in coming down. It's not meant to disrupt and is good natured in its intentions . Hope to see you there

Are the Gallery organising this or are a load of pseudo hipsters just going to pile into the place and annoy the shite out of people who are in there minding their own business?

Flash Mobs have been done to death. They're just irritating now. Also, announcing it all over the shop is surely against the point of it? I've already see it plugged in three or four seperate places today.

Improv Everywhere in New York are doing much more imaginative and interesting things.

From an Irish Times piece last week about the protests outside the French Embassy

Tony Barry from Dublin City Centre said he was disappointed with the turnout. “About 300,000 people joined a Facebook group to support us. I was expecting thousands to be here. I don’t know why so few have turned up but I think it could be the weather,” he said.

How many do you think will Flash their mobs this evening ElectricOxygen9?
