I think they do, but you can just say "I know it's an executable and i don't care, download it anyway" I think, I haven't had any problems sending anything so far.

And it sucked, while also being immoral, so I bailed

It worked for me because I rarely use the house, but still wanted it there for family on weekends and Christmas etc.

And I figured the money would be good for the mortgage



But it’s quite a bit of management. And you need someone you can trust on the ground at some short notice.



Downside is I like my neighbours there and it wasn’t fair on them.
Plus the housing crisis is a horrorshow, and I couldn’t continue to be a part of it.

Bottom line, I would not recommend it. But ymmv.
