This one is for the long-term thinkers out there (I've got the wrong site, don't I?).
Really, really nice house in Rathfarnham. My home. Five tenants right now, but our lease is up at the end of June. One of our housemates is moving back to Australia, and the other is just dropping out. We are looking for 2 (or maybe 3) people who can sign a one year lease.
We've got a nice back garden, and no visible neighbors behind us. It's quiet, and yes : it's the 'burbs. Posh? maybe. However, it makes it easier to accomadate visitors and gives us plenty of space to move about (something rather rare in dublin).
One room is the "master" bedroom, with ensuite, and is going for 375euro. The other room is not as glamorous and 325euro. You'd be livin' with one student at teaching college, a bike mechanic, and ...uh... me. That's two ladies, one fella. Easy going types not opposed to communal livin', but not big partiers either.
If you think you might be able to commit, send me a message.
