its excellent - very spooky, evocative and slightly trippy cosmic american music

Yeah I have that record. Really cool soundtrack-reminds me of the music at the start of One Flew Over the Cookoo's Nest.

I've never seen the movie 'The Hired Hand' though. For shame.

should be readily available on t'internet! i'm planning watching it tonight - should be fun seeing as i know the soundtrack backwards!

haven't seen or heard the "...cookoo's nest" in years (tho my mum tells me she heard the real cookoo yesterday!) so maybe a reinvestigation is required...
