gots me the Karl Him "electronic lament" album and it is great. most of the tracks seem to have so little to them but the sounds and the way things are put together is very good. less bare than brian eno's "music for..." and not as dark as aphex twin's "selected ambient works vol. 2". anyone else doing this sort of stuff locally?
