Killerwatt, "freddy's back!" hahah. Everyone had that ep.

accept & dokken: well the dublin gig was Thursday 3 April 1986

sounds about right,I need to find that Killerwatt ep for cheap.
Early earache was truly amazing.

Hahahah that killerwatt ep was truly disgracefull. Try asking in the soundcellar, he proably has a few moldering and warping in a damp nook somwhere in the prehiphery of the shop. After all he did put it out.

Apperntly the guy who drew the cover for it did it at the back of maths class when the teacher wasnt looking. The band when they first saw it thought it was a rough sketch.

Have we had Rektum yet?

true with Gang Green anyway. their first ablum was a classic.

I'd love to hear that now..
to google with ya.

first Gang Green album, was good, but the 7"s before that were insane.

yep, it is.

related note, can i include obituary, even though they had a different name in the late eighty's?

I was never into Deicide either, early Morbid Angel is incredible, glad I saw them years ago. And Seige were a hardcore band.

ok, maybe a little bland at times, but come on, morbid are a little overrated.
Willie, Altars of Madness is one of the best death metal albums ever, and theres no denying it, tracks like Immortal Rites and Chapel of Ghouls had me looking for cats to sacrifice rather than house in 1990 .|..

Edit: Deicides s/t was a blasphemous effort of monumental proportions when it came out as well, the non stop double kick was inhuman sounding. 'Drink the potion................drink'
