What's the deal with Stencils? Is that not cheating? Maybe it's just me, but if you're going to go to the trouble of destroying a wall, should it not be "from the heart"?

Well you spend the time coming up with the ideas and making the stencils, so it should be still from the heart.

Once off stencils are great. Like Banksy (I'm familiar with him alright). But it's the ones you see repeated. It's very much like propoganda. Is it mainly a european thing?
