Quirky and funny with an obsessive level of detail for the minutae of each dish. Technically precise in a way most shows could never hope to be, yet accessable and also hillarious.

I can't say enough good things about this show.

is this actually on tv over here now? have seen a fair few of them and it is a great food show and highly educational, although i don't know if i'd go so far as to call it hilarious (i find the humour a bit grating after a while).
