Absolutely incredible band who were an important influence on lots of other great bands like Mogwai. Two totally flawless albums.

Incredible band but yr man Robin Sheppard always came across as a really arrogant git.

Awesome band. and 2 albums that will always be in my Top 10. I've spent years grafitting their name wherever I can.

Don't agree with Sheppard being arrogant. I had a most enjoyable piss up with him one fine night avec Mogwai and he was sound.

I really like Sophia as well. New album is a killer.

Kudos galore to you all for sharing the God Machine love!

i love "one last laugh..."

i remember one time doodling on a page listenin to this years ago...i was distracted and then i realised what I had doodled was a skull! Freaky. then I later heard about the bass player ...

we played "home" to death on Alice's Restaurant (Xfm Dublin early days) 1992-93 ish. still raises the hairs.

Seeing as these albums are damn near impossible to find in physical form, I thought I'd spread the goodness. What a band.:heart:.|..|

A friend of mine saw 'em at the Phoenix Festival in 1993, was knocked on his arse.
