Okay, so I've gone gluten free. Oddly enough, I think it may be the root cause of many things so I thought I'd give the gluten free diet a test. So far, so good. In just a few weeks I've seen a huge difference in the way I feel. I've bought a few cook books and am trying to get my head around the whole intolerance thing. Wheat and/or gluten seems to be in nearly everything! I've pretty much just been eatting at Cornacopia everyday because I'm lazy.
At any rate, these are things I've come across in the last week:
Craft Bakery in upper Rathmines does Gluten Free Wednesdays.
Credo Pizzeria (off Camden St.) does Gluten Free pizzas.
Salamanca & Gotham Cafe list GF items on their menus.
If anyone has recipes they've tried that are easy/tasty for one or two servings, please post them. Or any other helpful tidbits.
