replied to you earlier danny on the my space. sorting out a replacement as we speak so for the benfit of those coming sadly ructions cant play and also mommas slippers can only do sunday not saturday so there will be two diff bands on the sat line up - watch this space.

heard today theres between 12 and 18 coming from leeds by boat and train - this is going to be one hell of a session!

just to say we have already got 6 sub bands to ask so please dont ask if you can play instead of ructions!

gonna be a busy few weeks. i think theres a big crowd coming, luckily we have an extra field for camping this year than night in the sticks so we'll be fine, busy but fine.

Sultans who are some of the Derkovbois will be playing in the mommas slippers saturday slot, they now play sunday, waiting on word back from who i've asked to play the ructions slot - hopefully they get back to me soon and will keep ye posted.

so Sort It Out - damo and ken of easpa measa, crispo from the dagda et al, jon Puget- are playing on the saturday in ructions slot, the Sultans on saturday in mommas slippers slot -Mommas slippers play sunday, and Only Fumes and corpses who will arrive back from europe to rosslare on sunday morning will be doing a quick set on sunday too.

oh and there seems to be loads of people coming.

So an important addition to the line up .........................food!

We have confirmed that we will have a full indian vegetarian takeaway / sit down in a marquee type operation at the venue on the saturday and sunday. They will be using the pubs kitchen which they are souping up for the weekend if you will pardon the pun.

In the main it will be an indian, the likes of somosa, pakora, bhaji, naan breads etc, vegetable main dishes and pilau rice. They will also be doing veggie pizza, chips, veggie burgers. open late - as long as there is still demand and normal New Ross takeaway prices not normal "festival" prices.

There will be a cheap western style veggie breakfast available on sunday morning for a couple of hours also.

There will be no meat in the kitchen and they are able to make vegan dishes on request - all currys etc will be cooked fresh.

In response to several requests there will be a seperate hot dog stand for meat eaters etc.

Speaking as one of those who is off the booze for the weekend this is great news - food, glorious food!
