Any promoter folks out there that would be willing to arrange a show for Frank Turner in Dublin (or really anywhere South of the border - we have three dates already in the North, come on guys!) on June 10th?

Frank Turner is the former Million Dead frontman, he's currently plying his trade as a acoustic folk/punk songwriter, somewhere between Billy Bragg, Counting Crows and Neil Young..

what date is belfast goggles? the dangerfields 666th gig is the 6 june and Soopie Nun Squad/Ghost Mice is the 8th so I'm just hoping it doesn't clash with that...

It's gonna be the 11th, I think. Either the 11th or possibly the 7th. Depending on if I can get anything on the 10th.. either way it won't clash though! Yeah, he was in Kneejerk before Million Dead, too.

wasn't he ment to have toured here in december or january? did that tour work out at all?

It was meant to be Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly, Frank Turner and The Don Ramos Players to be over in February. Frank couldn't do it in the end and due to lack of interest in Dublin, I ended up just doing a one-off show in Belfast for GCWCF and The DRP (and Dave House incidentally, who replaced Frank). And it was ace.
