i really like korn too, so i guess we're never going to see eye to eye on this one!

oh well, so much for that one opinion everyone should haveback to the drawing board with me

Korn = Krap

System of a down, rockin.
Toxicity is like a perfect mixture of all the good bits of the last 15 years of metal. I hear Faith No More, Slayer, Metallica, Queensryche (!), Anthrax, Iron Maiden, King's X I could go on. They know when not to go too far, the solos are kept to a minimum but not fashionably ignored. I love Toxicity, best metal album in years. Only sorry I avoided them for so long because I threw them in with nu-metal rubbish, that'll learn me.

I did go out and buy their first album and it's not that good at all and they were dissapointing at ozzfest.

oh: do Cinerama have a new album out??

Two albums. Both on Scopitones.

"Live In Australia" has been out for a few weeks but I cannot find it anywhere. Is available from band site I think

"Torino", new studio album, is out July 1st or 8th I think.

I got the new single "Quick Before It Melts" last week. It's good.

Hector,

Inspired by this discussion, last night I've been listening to Arena (bought the original CD for 3 Europes at HMV a few months ago...!)

Well, I have to say John Taylor technically is not bad, this is true. But WHAT it does is so.... how can I say.....? I would play all the opposite, you know what I mean?

Exception: The bass line of New Religion .|..|

in the early days his problem was thumbs and scales. but have you listened to notorious? the bass playing on that is deadly.

no derek forbes, mind you.

new religion... they performed that on the last ever tube. i love that album....
