FCP users Jog/Shuttle wheels . (1 Viewer)

Due to a wrist injury I'm looking to try and mix up my interface options with using Final Cut Studio 2 . Basically
so I can change up frequently if wrist starts to hurt . I currently use a keyboard and a wireless mighty mouse so I'm thinking of getting some sort of scroll wheel so I can use different movements and switch from right to left hand when needed within any given moment of use .

Any experience or recommendations on jog/shuttle wheels etc , preferable reasonably priced , would be appreciated .

Although I NEVER use them. Have done on occasion, but I've customized my keyboard to the max and have been using the same configuration for years, its now fully committed to memory that I hardly ever use the mouse anymore.

Well it's more about using different movements/tendons etc , so using another mouse just uses the same motions . The idea is to vary the way I use the hand frequently.
