Been listening to a lot of this lately. Stuff thats been blowing my mind

Fairport Convention
Trees
Steeleye Span
Dave Swarbrick
Pentangle
Incredible String Band
Vashi Bunyan
Clives Original Band

Anybody got any recommendations based on these bands?

If you like the Incredible String Band and aren't too snobby about what what it's ok and not ok to listen to i'd recommend Tyrannasauraus Rex, they tend to get described as a 'pocket' version the ISB. Very odd take on melody that almost completely disappeared by the time they morphed into T.Rex.

what's wrong with liking Tyrannasaurus Rex??

Some people would dismiss them/ be snobby about liking stuff that wasn't 'proper' folk or something along those lines

I was recommending them wasn't I?
