Didn't actually get to leave town until after 5 in the end, but we're still not there yet due to me thinking we could beat the traffic by going off the main road. Bad move.

Anyway we're sitting in the tailback on the n80 now, listening to weezer. Would have gotten here a lot sooner if it wasn't for irish drivers obsession with slowing down to look at people who've pulled in by the side of the road on the offchance there's been a good crash.....

In other news, watching passengers hop out of their cars to go for a piss by the side of the road only to have to run after the car for half a mile because the traffic's started moving again = comedy gold.

Looking at the arse end of a Kia Sorrento for the last 20 minutes, not so cool.
