Hey, how does one go about making sure that when these open in somebodies inbox they fit the window. It is fine when I send it to gmail addresses but when I send it to my work address it is huge and doesn't remotely fit the screen.

Maybe this should be in 10101010.

hmm. it's a rich text/html email then is it? it depends on how your email is structured,
but knowing how bad email markup standards are I'd say it's made with tables/inline css.
if it is a table and the table is breaking out of whatever contains it, then the table width
is almost certainly a fixed width. giving the table a relative width (i.e: a percentage value)
would solve this problem.

but as I say, I'm only guessing how your email template is structured...

Excuse the late reply. I am somewhat of a novice/self taught with this shit so I reckon I will get a friend of mine to do it and tell me exactly how he did it because I don't quite follow the above. Cheers though.
