Decent venues in waterford (1 Viewer)

Howdy
I've just moved to waterford and am looking to arrange a gig for my Dublin based band Sylvan.
I suppose we've got a kind of Shellac-y sonic youth sorta sound.
Anyone know of any venues in waterford that would let noisy bastards like ourselves play? or any similar bands around that want support?

Nah just moved down a month ago with the lady friend. Just working for a couple of months down here see how it goes.

I've seen gigs in the Forum, The Bowery and Paul Flynns. Bowery was prob the best, apparently no one goes to the Forum anymore, and I think the guy who did the Paul Flynns gigs has packed it in.

Having spent the best part of 20 years there, I feel 100% qualified to tell you it's a fucking graveyard for music, and noone will give a fuck about your band down there.

The place in Thomastown is called Eddie Murphy's. I've never been, but I've seen very very favourable reviews of the place.
